Part 1:  How to revise your ISP to reflect and justify continued services.

•             Why it is important to begin revising your ISP NOW!

•             What information you need to collect before your ISP meeting

•             Who should give input into the ISP

•             What absolutely needs to be included in your ISP

 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

 Part 2:  How to prepare for a TennCare appeal hearing.

   •             Why it is important to appeal right away.

•             What to include in your request for an appeal.

•             What information you need to have ready for the hearing.

•             What you can expect to happen at the hearing.

 Location:  Memphis Center for Independent Living, 1633 Madison Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104  

 This training is free for all microboards in good standing. For other community members:

 Cost: $50.00 for one session

          $100.00 for both sessions with pizza lunch included
