Welcome to Our National Organization!

Our mission is to promote and facilitate the development of Microboards and other person centered, self-directed services for the benefit of individuals with disabilities so that they may live fulfilling lives as valued members of their communities.

We carry out this mission by: providing information, advocacy, technical assistance, and training that will assist individuals with disabilities, their families, and allies to create supports and services needed to live self-directed lives through the use of person-centered planning, community practices, and resource management.

Our vision is that focus persons of microboards and other self-directed services receive quality supports and are included in and valued by their communities.
